GREAT ROLE - Kick Start Your Admin Career

We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Administration/ Office Assistant to support our busy team. 

You will be responsible for client hospitality, stationery, running errands, typing correspondence, supporting our managerial team and general office duties including reception cover as directed.

To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, responsible, have the ability to take and follow instructions, multi task and meet deadlines. Some experience in an administrative role is desirable and basic computer skills are required.

Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude will be appreciated! You will need loads of energy to manage the demands of our busy sales office and have a bright and bubbly personality with a “can do” approach.

Initially you will be in a assistant financial planning role where we will pay for your training as a fully licensed financial planner, by completing the Diploma of Financial Services through a facilitated course. Within 7 months with the group you could work as a Client Manager or within our Client Services team. Relocation opportunities to any of our National offices.

Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written, coupled with a "can do" attitude is imperative for this role. You will have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and possess the ability to interact with people at all levels.
